Human Resources
One of the many services to school districts is the recruiting effort of MOESC’s Human Resources Director. This facilitated service assists districts in securing quality educators for vacancies. Human Resources includes college and university recruiting, a complete database of applicants, the establishment of complete applicant files for district use, and on-line job postings on the MOESC website. The MOESC on-line job postings allows schools to post positions while also providing applicants with links to the school districts.
The Human Resources Director actively seeks qualified professionals. Certified teachers are sought, as well as professionals with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree who are given the opportunity for substitute licensure.
The Human Resources Director interviews and assists in the hiring of all professional staff members who provide service to districts for the Mid-Ohio ESC. In many instances, school districts request that MOESC hire teachers and educational aides on their behalf to work with preschool and school-age children.
