Topics: According to the Ohio Revised Code, all elected officials and/or their appropriate designees must attend a training session.
The program will examine the responsibilities of elected officials and public offices, along with a review of the rights of the public records requester.
The session includes an overview and discussion of the Public Records Act, Meeting Act and Records Retention Laws.
