The Search
The Buckeye Central Local School District, located in Crawford County, is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Superintendent. The expected start date will be August 1, 2025.
About Buckeye Central Local Schools
Buckeye Central Schools is located in New Washington, a village in Crawford County, Ohio. We proudly serve over 600 students in grades pre-kindergarten through 12. We offer a variety of academic and extra-curricular opportunities to prepare students for college and career readiness. The district serves students from Crawford, Seneca, Huron, and Richland counties including the villages of Bloomville, Chatfield, New Washington, and Tiro. Our partnership with Pioneer Career & Technical Center in Shelby, Ohio, provides our juniors and seniors with access to career and technical programs leading to rewarding employment. Students also have access to college courses hosted by local colleges and universities through Ohio’s College Credit Plus (CCP+) program.
Qualifications
The successful candidate must hold a valid State of Ohio Superintendent's license or provide evidence that one will be obtained.
