Instructional Supports

The Leadership and Learning team provides customized services tailored to meet the specific needs of each district. Through targeted, job-embedded professional learning, the team works to promote the growth and achievement of all students.

Our credentialed consultants facilitate learning and training at the district, building, and classroom levels. By fostering a collaborative and supportive environment, we aim to enhance classroom instruction and support each school in achieving gains in student learning. A combination of leadership supports, high-quality professional learning, and job-embedded instructional coaching helps to increase educators’ knowledge and skills, resulting in a direct impact on student outcomes.

Consultants leverage your frameworks and materials to provide training across PK-12 within core instruction, integrated Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), and intervention practices in the following areas:

Instructional Coaching

  • Comprehensive Systems: Design and implement literacy systems for grades 6-12, including Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions. 

Math Supports 

  • Curriculum Implementation: Design and assist with math curricula aligned with standards and best practices. 

  • Teacher Training: Provide training in effective, evidence-based math practices. 

  • Data Analysis: Identify areas for improvement and develop intervention strategies. 

Gifted & Advanced Learners 

  • Gifted Coordination: Oversee programs for gifted learners, ensuring appropriate challenges.

  • Classroom Coaching: Support teachers in implementing best practices for gifted learners.
