This conference will provide guidance to new and aspiring school leaders who are seeking administrative and director positions. The objectives of this conference differ from other conferences due to our focus on practical leadership skills that will support your transition into positions of leadership. Additionally, this conference will assist new leaders in the navigation of creating resumes, preparing for interviews, contract language, and roles/responsibilities.
