GIFTED AND TALENTED SERVICES
Mid-Ohio ESC Gifted and Talented Coordinators provide services to districts in order to assist in identifying and serving gifted students who “perform or show potential for performing at remarkably high levels of accomplishment when compared to others of their age, experience or environment.” Gifted and Talented Coordinators assist in the identification of gifted students and offer guidance in the design of gifted education services. In order to offer additional educational opportunities for students, Mid-Ohio ESC Gifted and Talented Coordinators also coordinate Spelling Bees, Academic Challenge events and Artapolooza, a student art show.
