The Ohio Resident Educator Program Certification Training
The Ohio Resident Educator Program provides new teachers with opportunities to reflect on how their instruction and assessment practices impact student learning. This system of support includes working with a state-certified mentor.
MUST attend both days for certification.
DAY ONE
This one day training introduces participants to mentoring in Ohio’s Resident Educator Program, with particular emphasis on the Mentor/Resident Educator relationship.
DAY TWO
This one day training introduces participants to first year curricular responsibilities of instructional mentors and Resident Educators in Ohio’s Resident Educator Program.
