MOESC Announces Upcoming Recruitment Event

Mansfield, OH (May 4, 2023) – Mid-Ohio ESC is excited to hold an upcoming recruitment event at the Mid-Ohio Conference Center for Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, COTAs, Physical Therapists, School Psychologists, and others in Related Services. This event will take place on May 10th
from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., with dinner provided at no cost! If you are in the medical or educational field and are curious about working at MOESC, this is an excellent opportunity to learn more about the benefits of joining our Related Services team.

Related Services provide developmental, corrective, and supportive services involved in Special Education to help students generalize learning behaviors and apply them to all parts of their lives, leading to a more enriched school experience. Students may also learn how to operate assistive technologies, helping them adapt and complete their school’s curricular requirements. The care provided by Related Services team members can provide support to families and parents as well, as team members work together to provide a
plan for each and every student.

The skills students learn while working with Related Services care members are not reserved for the classroom alone. Jennifer Crum, Director of Student Services shared, “Our team strives to passionately serve the whole child through innovation, collaboration, and dedication! We are excited to showcase the many positive things going on at Mid-Ohio ESC while looking to add additional professionals to support our team.” If this sounds like an opportunity for you, please consider participating in the event, located at 890 West Fourth Street in Mansfield. If you are interested in learning more but are unable to attend, please contact reed.jennifer@moesc.net or shook.megan@moesc.net.

Mid-Ohio Educational Service Center provides specialized academic and support services to 13 school districts and over 20,000 students in Crawford, Morrow, and Richland Counties. Client districts receive services from curriculum, gifted and special education consultants, speech pathologists, psychologists, special education teachers, occupational therapists and physical therapists.
